I love to Sing the Collection
Improve motivation and self-confidence while encouraging a well-rounded musically charged student. This book, a compilation of the I Love to Sing series, written and illustrated by choral music educator, Jeannine Stemmer, is a resource for vocal music theory and methodology. The collection includes:
Intervals - will teach basic use of solfège syllables to enhance aural skills by introducing intervals.
Scales and Modes - will teach basic use of solfège syllables to enhance aural skills by introducing scales and modes.
With Solfège Hand Signs - will teach solfège hand signs to enhance aural and sight reading skills.
With Good Breath Support - will teach diaphragmatic breathing to enhance good breath support for the young singer.
In Any Language - will teach the International Phonetic Alphabet, using pictures and common words in english, as launching pads for the various sounds necessary for singing in multiple languages.
